The Ertz Family Foundation and The Athletes ‘Corner Launch Meals n’ Medals for Tokyo | State

PHILADELPHIA CREAM, July 23, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Last week, the United States Women’s National Team began their quest to win it all by Tokyo. Like Julie ertz and her teammates represent our country on the pitch, they will actively change lives off the pitch.

Thanks to a new initiative called “Meals n ‘Medals”, Julie will be the spearhead of a charitable cause to fight against hunger through the performance of the USWNT. Throughout their stay in Tokyo, The Ertz Family Foundation will team up with The Athletes’ Corner and Feeding America® to help provide 50,000 meals * for every goal scored by the USWNT, plus 50,000 meals for every game won!

These meals will be donated to various food banks through United States, allowing our Nation’s team to feed our nation.

“Zach and Julie are amazing people who constantly seek to strengthen families and serve others like Christ would,” said Brennen Creer, co-founder of The Athletes’ Corner. “We couldn’t be more proud to partner with the Ertz Family Foundation and Feeding America® to create an avenue in which the lives of so many families can be changed.”

“Food insecurity is such a huge problem, and Zach and Julie Ertz are passionate about helping and raising families in need, ”said Kelenna Azubuike, co-founder of The Athletes’ Corner. “With Matthew 25 in mind, we are very happy to partner with the Ertz Family Foundation and Feeding America to bring this great initiative to fruition!”
